1. What Corrida Boa is

Corrida Boa is a decision-support and financial-organization tool for drivers. It reads offers, provides an estimated rating, and helps track earnings and costs. The driver always makes the final decision. We are not your employer and do not broker rides. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

2. No affiliation with platforms

Corrida Boa is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or partnered with Uber, 99, inDrive, iFood, Keeta, or other platforms. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Safe use

Do not interact with the app while driving. Configure it while parked and follow traffic laws. The traffic light is only a visual and audio aid.

5. Safety features

• SOS, location sharing, alerts, and support points do not replace emergency services and depend on GPS, internet, battery, permissions, and your device. In Brazil, call 190, 192, or 193.
• Community reports may be inaccurate. Reports must be made in good faith and must not defame or harm others.
• By saving an emergency contact, you confirm that you have that person’s permission.

6. Safety Camera

• Recordings remain on your device; we cannot access them and are not responsible for loss or deletion.
• You are responsible for use, storage, sharing, and compliance with privacy, image, and voice laws.
• The feature must not be used for hidden surveillance, harassment, or unlawful purposes.

7. Subscription, trial, and billing

• Corrida Boa offers a free trial and monthly, six-month, and annual plans.
• Google Play processes subscriptions, which renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel in Google Play subscriptions and retain access through the paid period.
• Refunds follow Google Play rules. Prices may change for future billing cycles after notice.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the app unlawfully, bypass billing or protections, copy, modify, decompile, redistribute, overload, or interfere with the service.

9. Intellectual property

The app, Corrida Boa trademark, design, and content are protected. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license. Financial data you enter remains yours.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee earnings, absolute reading accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Changes to Android or compatible apps may affect results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions based on estimates, safety-feature failures, lost profits, or indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or fraud.

13. Changes

Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
