2. What Corrida Boa does

Corrida Boa is an independent driver-support tool. It reads offers from the apps you select, calculates indicators, and helps organize earnings, costs, and documents. It also includes optional safety features. The list includes Uber (including Uber Eats), 99, inDrive, iFood, Keeta and, in an optional US beta, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Spark Driver, Grubhub, and Empower.

The new beta readers are off by default and require enabling in settings. Results are informational: some offer layouts may not be recognized and some data may be unavailable. You always decide whether to accept an offer.

3. Data we process

• Account: email address, name when signing in with Google, and an account identifier.
• Usage and diagnostics: interactions, crash and performance data, and device identifiers, including aggregated and anonymized data used to improve the service.
• Communications: a technical push identifier and last-activity date for service notices and limited reminders, which you can disable.
• Optional personalized communications: on supported versions, Pushwoosh is enabled only after your specific consent. It receives your internal account ID, technical and push identifiers, language, time zone, OS and app versions, device model, approximate region derived from IP, plan/trial status, and selected usage and message events. These help us offer Farol setup assistance, tips, news and relevant reminders, and evaluate their usefulness. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, card details, offer contents, passenger data, routes, screenshots or recordings, and do not enable GPS tracking through Pushwoosh. Declining does not remove access to Farol or your plan. Withdraw consent in Profile → Personalized messages. Android notification permission alone does not enable this integration.
• Offers: fare, distance, time, and address are analyzed on your device. As an alternative to text reading, its screen image may be read locally and immediately deleted without being saved or uploaded. History may retain calculations, date, platform, and approximate areas only.
• Financial entries: earnings, expenses, shifts, maintenance, and documents you add. They remain on the device and are synced to your private account backup when signed in.
• Private Ride: fare settings, totals, date, duration, distance, payment details, and optional passenger and vehicle information used for private receipts.
• Optional location: used only by features that require it. While the taximeter runs, location may be used in the background with a visible notification; routes and coordinates are not stored in history or backups.
• Optional Safety Camera: records video and, if enabled, audio. Recordings remain exclusively on your device.
• Community safety reports: approximate location, report type, optional note, and an internal reporter identifier; reports are shown anonymously.
• Emergency contacts: name and phone number used only when you trigger an alert.
• Payments: processed by Google Play; we do not collect or store card details.

3.1. Optional campaign measurement with Branch

On supported versions, Branch starts only after you allow Campaign measurement, separately from notifications, personalized messages, and terms. It is off by default. Your choice is specific to this device, is excluded from backups, and can be withdrawn in Profile → Campaign measurement without affecting your trial, plan, or Traffic Light.

With specific, revocable consent, Branch receives your IP address, technical and advertising identifiers when available, device/app information, campaign links, and selected events for registration, login, trial, setup, first real offer, and opening plans or checkout. These attribute installs and app use to campaigns and measure effectiveness. Opening checkout does not confirm payment. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, account UIDs, offer contents, passenger details, routes, screenshots, recordings, or card details as event parameters. This consent does not authorize personalized ads.

Branch is an attribution provider and may process data outside Brazil. Withdrawal blocks new events, invalidates earlier local callbacks and events, and disables SDK tracking; already transmitted requests are not undone. We locally retain your choice version and date. Withdrawal does not automatically delete earlier data at the provider. Contact our support for access or deletion requests; a request to Branch requires technical identification and is not instantaneous. Provider policy: https://branch.io/policies/#privacy.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service: performance of a contract.
• Location, notifications, camera, and microphone: your consent.
• Community reports, security, fraud prevention, and improvement: legitimate interests with data minimization.
• Tax and legal duties: compliance with legal obligations.

5. Android permissions

• Accessibility and notification access: solely to identify offers in compatible apps and calculate the traffic light.
• Optional image reading: you start each session while parked, after the app disclosure and Android authorization. The system shares the entire screen, including when switching apps; we only analyze the selected driver app region when we confirm it is in front, discarding other images. Processing is local: no video recording, audio capture, saved images or image upload; extracted details follow the usual history. Accessibility identifies the app in front. Android shows an indicator and a notification with a stop action; you can also stop in the app and return to standard reading. Locking the screen ends the session; each new session requires authorization. Battery use may increase and some offers may not be recognized.
• Display over other apps: to show the traffic light over the driver app.
• Camera and microphone: only for the optional Safety Camera, with visible system indicators.
• Location: for the features described in this Policy.
• Notifications: service messages and safety alerts.

6. Safety Camera

• Recordings stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• You control the recordings and are responsible for their storage and sharing.
• Recording is transparent, with an Android notification and camera indicator.
• We recommend notifying passengers; local law may require notice.
• You can view, share, or delete recordings, and older files may be removed according to your storage limit.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use Google/Firebase for authentication, databases, messaging, analytics, and protection, and Google Play for payments. With your permission, we use Pushwoosh for communications and Branch for optional campaign measurement, as described in sections 3 and 3.1. Community reports are anonymous. We may disclose data when legally required or transfer it during a corporate reorganization while maintaining these protections.

7.1. Authorized communications and retention

With your specific, revocable consent, Pushwoosh also acts as a messaging service provider as described in section 3. We retain your choice and consent version. Withdrawal blocks new messages from this integration in the app and queues an update to the provider. Account deletion also queues deletion of the associated Pushwoosh profile, with retries if unavailable; this is not instantaneous. We may retain the minimum record necessary to respect your withdrawal or deletion.

8. International transfers

Cloud data may be processed on Google/Firebase infrastructure and, for authorized communications, Pushwoosh infrastructure outside Brazil, subject to applicable contractual and security measures for international transfers. Safety Camera recordings are not transferred.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, account access controls, database security rules, and app-integrity checks. No system is infallible, but we work continuously to protect your data.

10. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account exists. You may delete it through Profile → Delete my account or by contacting support. Legally required records may be retained for up to 5 years and security logs for up to 90 days. You manage local recordings.

11. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, sharing information, and withdrawal of consent by contacting support.

12. Children

Corrida Boa is intended for users aged 18 or older and does not knowingly collect children’s data.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website.
